Question about sources for David Grove's studies of other therapists
In the Clean Learning FAQ, on the page about David Grove, it says:
“He analysed the questions major therapists like Virginia Satir and Carl Rogers used and noticed they would often amplify or redefine what their clients said.”
I’d quoted that in my recent blog post, and then someone who’d read the post and knew about Rogers’ work was asking me about it. And I realised that although I’d heard that story before, I’d never seen specific examples.
I was wondering, is there such a thing as a transcript of Satir or (better still) Rogers, annotated by either David or someone else from a Clean perspective, which explains what they added in? Or what’s the closest thing we have to that?
